An Interview with Stevii Mills

Stevii Mills is an author, speaker and public relations coach who specializes in helping women transform from being a hidden figure to becoming a household name. She is the founder of the B.E.A.U.T.Y. From Head To Toe Tour and the B.E.A.U.T.Y. Queen Society and her anchor company "Just Stevii". Stevii is a true CEO.



What was your motivation to start your own business? 

My motivation was because I knew that business would be the place where my freedom is found. Freedom is an essential part of how I live my life. 

What path did you take to get to where you are now?

I took the path of just starting and making sure that I made the connections, made the investments, and did the work that I needed to do. 


Tell me about a project or accomplishment that you consider to be the most significant in your career and why.

It was producing my first anthology, Cultivating Your It Factor. That was a game changer because not only did it allow me to become a published author. It allowed 13 other dynamic women to do the same. Now, 3 years later, people are still reading the book and learning. 

If we circle back here a year from now celebrating what a great year it’s been for you in this role, what would you have achieved? 

A year from now I would have produced my first solo book, created my first planner and also celebrated my 40th birthday! We only get one life.  I am dedicated to living mine well.
